A booking is confirmed only after the platform confirms payment or an authorised team member records an approved alternative. The organiser is responsible for accurate attendee and contact details.

These terms work alongside the service, price and cancellation information displayed when you book or buy.
Payments, credits and gift cards
Prices, eligible discounts and credits are shown before payment. Gift cards, membership credits and promotional offers may be limited to the products or services described with them.
Respectful participation
Guests are expected to treat other players, staff and venues with care. Bubbly may only be supplied to people aged 18 or older, subject to South African law and the venue’s licence conditions.
