Changing a booking
Where the booking policy allows, the organiser can reschedule or cancel from My Mahj Table before the displayed cutoff. The available options and any applicable charge are shown before a change is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. The cancellation and rescheduling terms shown during checkout apply to your booking and are repeated in your confirmation email.
Late changes and no-shows
Changes made after the stated cutoff may not qualify for a refund or credit because your place, table and host have already been reserved.
If we change a session
If Mahj Americana Social needs to change or cancel a session, affected guests will be contacted using the booking details supplied and offered the available rescheduling, credit or refund options.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where supported. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time after the refund has been confirmed.
